Rod & Gerri Boyd

We had such good times with Rex and Irene when we lived next door to Eb and Nyla Anderson. It was such fun for us to be asked over for burgers in the back yard with all of the snowbirds back from AZ and hear all their fun stories of their Winter adventures. Huron was lucky to have them in our community, as they were good supporters for the growth in Huron. We will miss Irenes pleasant smile and hello in American Lutheran. May all the great memories of her continue throughout your lives.

Love, Rod and Gerri Boyd

Larry and Margaret Hale

As my dad Maury, sisters Joan, Amy and brother Craig and brother-in-law Terry were just by to see Irene before she moved this was much a surprise as it was to the family. She was so looking forward to the move and being closer to Connie, Buz and the grand children. Our deepest sympathies. She was always the very best to all of us. I think my mother Dottie and Irene always seem to have an inside commentary going. She was always the epitome of a true elegant lady. She will be missed. Our love and respect to the entire Family.

Connie, Bobby, and families,
My little Aunt Irene was so special to me. Tom and I were very glad that we were able to see her twice this past fall. She was amazing. I wish with all my heart that I could be there for her farewell; however, Tom is going through a tough time and has been hospitalized for three weeks now. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Joanie and Tom

Dearest Connie and Bob and families... you know well how dear Aunt Irene and Uncle Rex were to our family. Aunt Irene was always such a special friend to our Jenny and to all of our kids. She was a great strength and help to Mom over the years, but especially over her last year. She was a classy lady! She lived her life to the fullest to the last day. What more can we ask of this world? Still it was a shock to hear of her passing. We love her so!! Peggy, Jerry & Jenny & family

Connie, Bob and family,

Aunt Irene has always had a very special place in my life and in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you. When we spent time with Aunt Irene in August when we were in SD, she was getting excited about moving to be close to Connie and spend more time with all her family. I know she is up in Heaven trading stories with Mom and Dad! May God comfort you in this time of loss.
Love,
Mary

Dear Connie, Buzz, Bobby and all members of Irene's beautiful extended family. Such a shock and surprise when Mom called us Saturday. Such a hurtful feeling of loss. Aunt Irene was the epitome of the word 'lady' and such fun to be with.

I am so thrilled that she and Norene were able to come to Boise and stay with us Fall before last. We all have many great memories of "the sister's" as my little grandson Zach named them when they came, and from my visits back to Huron over the years as well.

Irene was truly a wonderful person and lived a very blessed life. I know that you will all miss her terribly, I also know that one day you will be reunited in Heaven for all time. Until then, may God bless you all with memories of great times you've had together and peace in your hearts.

We love you all and are thinking about you every day as you walk through this difficult time.

Gary, Cathy and Mom too, as she likely won't have access to a computer herself. God Bless.

To the family of Irene:
What a special lady, my mother Doris Erickson always considered Irene such a good friend. When I married my husband JD, his Aunt Madeline Finnerty is one of Irene's closest friends, so it made us feel so close to her. I will miss visiting with her and seeing her beautiful smile--what a classy lady. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
